I am a certified life coach and Autism Specialist who specializes in transformative coaching and mindset coaching. Other areas in which I can help are ADHD, Autism, self-esteem, and organization. As a life coach, my goal is to help you get from where you are now to where you want to be in your personal and professional life. I work with my clients by guiding them to discover their strengths and goals, to jointly create a plan of action to break through their obstacles and achieve their goals. I believe that the best way for an individual to experience breakthrough and positive changes, is for them to be responsible for their choices. You already possess what you need to succeed, and the best way to find what works for you is through self-discovery.
Coaching is not therapy. I will not diagnose or treat any mental illnesses. As a coach, I help clients gain clarity, direction, and then assist them in moving forward in their lives through the use of powerful questions, exercises, tools, and techniques. Coaching can be done over the phone, online, or in person. While coaching is not therapy or counseling, it can be used alone or in combination with therapy that is provided by a licensed therapist. I look forward to working with you.
I have earned a BA in Psychology in 2020 from Florida Tech and a Master's in Organizational Leadership (MAOL) from Florida Tech 2022. I have worked within the IDD community since 2017. I love helping people discover their strengths and applying them to improve their lives. When I coach, I do so within the ICF Code of Ethics.
